Jada came to Rice in 2019 with nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and communications. She joined the George R. Brown School of Engineering as Director of Communications in 2022. Prior to Rice Engineering, Jada was the Associate Director, Marketing and Communications, Executive Education in the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice. Skilled in strategic planning, content strategy and execution and demand generation, she brings a wealth of knowledge from her work in a variety of industries including financial services, healthcare, and oil and gas. Jada earned her Master’s and B.A. degrees from the Manship School of Mass Communication at Louisiana State University. Away from the office, she enjoys the Houston arts scene, traveling, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
