Hugh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and has been with Rice for over 25 years. As director of plant operations, Hugh manages the daily operations of the Central and South Plants, optimizes steam and chilled water production, and assists with solving building infrastructure problems. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
