Grace Freeze serves as the lead proposal specialist for the Kinder Institute for Urban Research.
Grace graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point where she majored in sociology and systems engineering. She then served six years as an active-duty military police officer in the U.S. Army, with two deployments to Iraq. Following her service, she received her Master’s in Public Administration at North Carolina State University and began working in the non-profit field, including as a senior manager at the largest food bank in the country.
