Estelle Dubernard joined Rice Global Paris as Director of Strategic Alliances in 2021. Estelle is responsible for developing the Rice campus in Paris, establishing new partnerships in France and Europe, and enhancing Rice University's reputation Europe-wide through marketing and PR.

Born and raised in France, Estelle is a MBA graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology. After taking several leadership roles in the US and in France in tech and publishing, and working for a year at Rice Online on the Rice Houston campus, she now helps Rice accomplish its mission goals in Europe: pathbreaking research, unsurpassed teaching, and contribution to the betterment of our world.
