WEBSITE(S)| Ella Rosenblatt

Ella is an artist, designer, writer, and educator whose work focuses on language, translation, and communication across media, often addressing contemporary technologies, posthumanism, and environmental conditions. She completed her MFA in Graphic Design and Integrated Media at CalArts while teaching in the Writing Center and assisting CalArts professors. Before that she studied Art History and Science, Technology, & Society (focusing on linguistics and art/writing practice) at Brown University. Residencies she has participated in include Materia Abierta, the SFSIA, and the Postnatural Independent Program, and she has worked with book designer Becca Lofchie, the People’s Graphic Design Archive, and transmedia artist Kat Mustatea. Her chapbook, A Dance Through Time, was published by Bottlecap Press in 2022, and her artwork has been exhibited in Visions 2030 and the Center for Book Arts.
