Drawing from nearly 15 years at Fortune 100 companies, Diana Ebanks is a digital brand strategist and big picture creative thinker with significant experience overseeing integrated marketing efforts, content creation, and intuitive experience design that increase awareness, relevance and desired outcomes.

Diana was most recently the Global Director, Brand & Creative at AIG (American International Group, Inc.), an insurance and financial services industry leader. Recognized by colleagues as an AIG Influencer, she partnered with stakeholders across multiple business units and functions to develop and launch largescale brand transformation initiatives. These included a restructuring and modernization of the in-house Creative Services team into a best-in-class Brand Studio capability as well as several strategic brand development programs; for example, a client-centric brand repositioning and identity refresh across the U.S. and key international markets. 

Prior to joining AIG in 2014, Diana held a number of digital marketing and experience design positions at American Express and Scholastic Corp. A Houston native and graduate of Vanderbilt University, Diana recently returned home from New York City just in time for Gulf Coast summer. She believes in the importance of an outside-in approach, empathy, constant learning, and great coffee.
