Daniel Marin graduated from Rice University (Hanszen '15) with a degree in statistics and a teacher's certification. He joined YES Prep White Oak for almost 8 years where he taught 6-12 math and became a Dean of Instruction, leading the mathematics and Spanish teachers in their goals and development. He is passionate about eliminating educational inequity, leveraging data for positive social change, and also playing board games.
