As a Finance Specialist for Rice's Department of Computer Science, Cindy Reyna manages the following:

• Processing of expense reports and reimbursements as well as procurement requests for faculty, staff, and students
• Coordinates the submission of requests to add students, visitors, and external suppliers to the supplier system 
• Provides guidance and information to faculty regarding available grants and funding
• Oversees the departmental copiers and shared facilities
• Assists with other departmental operations and support special projects
