Christina Triantaphyllis, MS

Christina Triantaphyllis is the Director of Government Partnerships for the Texas Policy Lab. Christina brings extensive experience in building relationships with leaders in both the government and nonprofit sectors to improve social outcomes. Previously, she served as Chief Officer of Public Policy and Strategic Initiatives at the nonprofit Collaborative for Children, where she led public policy efforts to strengthen Texas’s early learning system and developed data-driven program strategies to inform policy priorities. Triantaphyllis began her career at The Bridgespan Group, advising foundations and non-profits on developing strategies that scale their social impact in early childhood, public health, and youth development.

Triantaphyllis serves on the Advisory Board for NEST360, a MacArthur Foundation 100&Change finalist. She is also a co-founder and current board member of PAIR, a non-profit providing educational services for resettled refugee youth. She earned a Master of Science degree from the Harvard School of Public Health in Global Health and Population, where she was a Reynolds Foundation Fellow in Social Enterprise. She holds a B.A. in Biological Science and Health Policy from Rice University.
