Camille Elmore is a strategic leader in career development who joined the Rice University CCD team in May 2021. In her role, she leverages data-driven insights to communicate the value of CCD services, highlight the achievements of Rice students and Alumni, and support the employer engagement team in optimizing campus recruiting and experiential education.

Prior to joining Rice, Camille served as a Job Developer for the Association for the Advancement of Mexican Americans, where she facilitated career development programming for opportunity youth. She began her work in this field as a Peer Career Advisor while earning her undergraduate degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Camille holds a Master’s in Higher Education from the University of Houston, where she is currently pursuing her Ph.D. Her research focuses on creating inclusive pathways that eliminate career opportunity gaps. Camille is committed to the intersection of data, policy, and student success. Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, she is a dedicated runner, reader, and lifelong learner.
