Caitlin serves as the Operations Specialist for the Dean’s Office in the School of Humanities and Arts, where she brings her expertise in project coordination, scheduling, and office management to support the school’s daily operations.

Before joining Rice, Caitlin built her career in Texas and Louisiana, beginning with nonprofit and event operations in Austin before pivoting to higher education fundraising. Driven by a deep love for philanthropy and community building, she managed impactful annual giving campaigns at Tulane University in New Orleans and at the University of Houston.

Caitlin holds a degree in Anthropology from Texas State University.
