Bryn joined the Office of the Provost in October 2023 as the Department Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the Provost. She is responsible for managing Provost Dittmar's schedule and travel, as well as organizing office events, retreats and meetings. Prior to joining the Provost's Office, she worked as the Department Operations Administrator in the Earth, Environmental & Planetary Sciences Department (EEPS) for more than eight years.

Bryn also serves as a Resident Associate at Hanszen College, and is the co-chair of the University Committee on Faculty and Staff Benefits, working to improve benefits for all Rice employees.
