Brennon Sansom graduated from Texas Southern University with an undergraduate degree in psychology and a minor in sociology. He continued his education at Texas A&M University, where he received his master's degree in criminal justice and administration. He received a black belt in the Lean Six Sigma training program from the University of Houston, and he has since applied a process improvement/project management lens to his work. Most of his career has been dedicated to responding to public health initiatives, where he has contributed to improving access to the social determinants of health for the residents of unincorporated Harris County.
