Armi Cahoy has been part of Rice University since 2017 and joined the Office of Budget and Finance in 2023. In her role as administrative support to the CFO and the Budget Office, she oversees office operations and the finance, human resources, and facilities functions. Armi has previously served as the Executive Assistant to the Rice Registrar and has held positions at Louisiana Tech University and JPMorgan Chase. In addition to her professional responsibilities, she is also a Sid Richardson College Associate. Armi holds degrees from the University of the Philippines Los Baños and Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan.
