Armi Cahoy joined Rice's Office of Budget and Finance in April 2023, where she provides administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and the Budget Office. In her role, she manages office operations, as well as financial, human resources, and facilities functions. Before joining Budget and Finance, Armi served as the Executive Assistant to the Registrar in the Office of the Registrar. She began her career at Rice in 2017, following positions at Louisiana Tech University and JPMorgan Chase.
Beyond her administrative work, Armi serves as a Sid Richardson College Associate, supporting students and engaging in the college community.
Armi holds a bachelor's degree from the University of the Philippines Los BaƱos, and a graduate degree from Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan in the Philippines.
