Armi Cahoy works as an Administrative Operations Specialist in the Office of Budget and Finance. Her responsibilities include managing the financial, human resources, and facilities functions, overseeing administrative and office operations, and providing administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and the Budget Office. Armi joined Rice University in 2017 and before that, she worked as an administrative assistant at Louisiana Tech University in the Division of Nursing and the Office of the Dean of the College of Engineering and Science. Armi has a bachelor's degree from the University of the Philippines Los Baños and a graduate degree from Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan in the Philippines.
