Armi Cahoy joined the Office of Budget and Finance in 2023. As a key operational and administrative leader supporting the CFO, she manages daily operations, finance, human resources, and facilities management functions, including directing operations at the Cambridge Office Building and supervising the reception team.

A member of the Rice community since 2017, Armi previously worked in the Office of the Registrar and Development and Alumni Relations, and also held roles at Louisiana Tech University and JPMorgan Chase. In addition to her primary responsibilities, she is an active Associate at Sid Richardson College. Armi holds degrees from the University of the Philippines Los Baños and Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan.
