Armi Cahoy is an Administrative Operations Specialist in the Office of Budget and Finance. Her responsibilities include managing the financial, human resources, and facilities functions, overseeing office operations, and providing administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and the Budget Office. Armi joined Rice University in 2017, following positions at Louisiana Tech University and JPMorgan Chase.

Armi has a bachelor's degree from the University of the Philippines Los Baños and a graduate degree from Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan in the Philippines.
