Aram Yang is a Research Analyst of Housing and Neighborhoods at the Kinder Institute for Urban Research. She is a researcher specializing in housing, poverty, and community development. She holds a Ph.D. in City and Regional Planning from Ohio State University, a Master’s in City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor’s in Local Autonomy Administration from Chungnam National University in South Korea. Her doctoral research examines variations in affordable housing availability across U.S. neighborhoods, focusing on how the privatization of affordable housing production relates to these variations.
