Angie Chen holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Trinity University. Before joining Rice University, Angie worked for 17 years as a consultant in healthcare, non-profit, and in the higher education construction industry. She joined Rice in 2017 as the program manager and interim director for the Rice Design Alliance. 

Currently, Angie is the Executive Director for Space Management in the Office of Capital Planning and Space Management.
