I am studying drug development for cancer and bacteria infection with theoretical models and computer algorithms for making predictions about potential drug efficacy. My research is focused on antimicrobial peptides, short proteins in the innate immune system of many different organisms including humans, that can be used as treatments for multiple diseases.
