As the Director of Research Administration at IRSO (Interdisciplinary Research Support Office), she leads her team in providing comprehensive administrative support and resources to help institutes, centers, and interdisciplinary initiatives achieve their goals. Since joining Rice in 2009, she has held roles in the Smalley-Curl Institute and the Rice Office of STEM Engagement. She holds Bachelor's, Master's, and Ph.D. degrees in Materials Science and Engineering.
