Charles Landgraf is a member of Arnold & Porter's Legislative and Public Policy and Financial Services practice groups. He has extensive experience representing a broad range of clients in the financial services, technology, energy, real estate, and higher education sectors on difficult legislative and regulatory problems before Congress, the Administration, and various regulatory agencies. He assisted in drafting the 1993 Russian insurance law, and has advised the China Insurance Regulatory Commission on regulatory development.

Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, Mr. Landgraf was the Managing Partner of Dewey & LeBoeuf's Washington, DC office. He has a working knowledge of Russian and Thai.

Mr. Landgraf is the board chair, and has been an active member of the Boniuk Institute Advisory Board since 2013.
