Stefan Huber is interested in how accounting rules affect firms' decision-making. His research centers around disclosure, financial regulation, and banking. In his recent research, he studies the effects of loan loss rules on lending decisions.
Stefan holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Prior to his doctoral studies, the German native earned an MA and a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich.
Outside of academia, Stefan is an avid skier, a keen swimmer, and an enthusiastic baker.
