Shihan Shen is an assistant professor specializing in macroeconomics, firm dynamics, and economic growth. Shihan received a Ph.D. and M.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2023, and a B.A. in Economics from Peking University in 2014. Her paper on capital-skill complementarity and labor share has been published in the Review of Economic Dynamics, and her most recent research focuses on the impact of technological progress on productivity growth and inequality.
