Seth Osborn is an industrial-organizational (I-O) psychologist and Director of the MIOP Program at Rice University. His research interests include team development, personality in the workplace, and identity measurement and development. His consulting work has included speaking, training design and facilitation, employee surveying, organizational change management, and personnel data analysis.
