Robin C. Sickles holds the Reginald Henry Hargrove Chair of Economics Emeritus and is Professor of Statistics Emeritus. Professor Sickles earned his PhD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and has previously held positions at the University of Pennsylvania, the George Washington University, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of the Conference on Income and Wealth, NBER and is former Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Productivity Analysis. He is the founding President of the International Society for Efficiency and Productivity Analysis and has served as associate editor for the Journal of Applied Econometrics, Journal of Econometrics, Empirical Economics, Communications in Statistics, Theory and Methods, and the Southern Economic Journal. His research interests center on applied econometrics, productivity, and health economics.
