Dr. Rachel Zahn is a lecturer in the Department of Psychological Sciences. Her research interests are in Cognitive Psychology,
specifically in how working memory capacity supports language production. She studies language production in people with aphasia post-stroke and in healthy aging. As a professor, Dr. Zahn aims to teach her students what we know about psychology and how we know it so they have the tools to decide for themselves if we really know it. Outside of the lab and classroom she enjoys reading, travel, museums, and listening to podcasts.
