Nestor Rubiano

Dr. Nestor Rubiano is a Lecturer in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Rice University.  He has been a lecturer for over 10 years, teaching several Structural Engineering classes.  He currently teaches the Steel Building Design class.

Dr. Rubiano is a licensed Professional Engineer and has over 30 years of experience in the practice of Structural Engineering for infrastructure projects, working for various consulting firms.  

Dr. Rubiano is currently the Director of Quality for Decon Engineering in Houston.
