Linda earned a Ph.D. in materials science and engineering and an M.S. in engineering management from Stanford and has served Rice University as a faculty member in the MBA for Executives program and a fellow at the Baker Institute for Public Policy.

She brings broad commercial, government and academic experience to the role, having held leadership positions in large and small businesses, startups, universities and the U.S. Department of Energy.
