Isabelle Perrigne is a Full Professor of Economics and Director of Ph.D. Admissions. Before joining the Economics faculty at Rice University, Professor Perrigne held previous appointments at University of Southern California and Pennsylvania State University. Her area of expertise is empirical industrial organization. In particular, she contributes to the development of the structural analysis of auction data. Her current interests are in nonlinear pricing and insurance. Her research closely combines models of incomplete information, data and microeconometrics. She is the recipient of grants from the National Science Foundation and has published in the leading economic journals including Econometrica and Review of Economic Studies. She has served as a panelist at the National Science Foundation.
