Anastasiya is an associate professor of strategic management at the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business, Rice University, an International Research Fellow at the Oxford University Centre for Corporate Reputation, and an Associate Editor at the Academy of Management Review. She received her Ph.D. in strategic management from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business. Anastasiya’s research focuses on socially responsible and irresponsible organizational actions that build, damage, and restore social approval assets, such as reputation and celebrity.
Anastasiya has taught reputation management, ESG issues in strategy, organization theory, strategic management, and social entrepreneurship courses.
