Romain graduated from the Xie lab with his PhD in 2025. His thesis, titled "High-throughput robotic strategy to implant ultraflexible neural devices" presented a high-throughput robotic strategy to automate insertion of micro-electrode arrays for neural interfaces. Romain is now an engineer at Axoft.
