Elise Erickson is a senior from Sid Richardson College majoring in Social Policy Analysis and Economics, and minoring in Global Health Technologies. She is passionate about health equity, education policy, and civic engagement. In the past, she has conducted global health research projects, worked on social impact projects relating to housing, food insecurity, and civic engagement through Design for America, and participated in the Houston Policy Challenge. As co-chair of the SOPA Advisory Committee, Elise is enthusiastic about preparing students for research and careers in policy-related fields and connecting SOPA students with each other and alumni.
