Rosalynn acquired her BSc in Industrial Chemistry at Makerere University, Uganda. She did her MSc in Materials Science and Engineering at Kangwon National University, South Korea, under the supervision of Professor Kyung-Nam Kim where she worked on the nanomaterials for photo catalysis. During that time she developed interest in different nanomaterials which prompted her to pursue a PhD. with Professor Jung Hyun at Dongguk University in Seoul where she focused on the hetero-atom doped mesoporous graphene for different applications. After her PhD, She had a post-doctoral at SookMyung Women’s University, where she worked on electro catalysts for hydrogen evolution reactions with Prof Soo Min Kim. Rosalynn is currently working with Professor Haotian Wang on carbon dioxide reduction. Her research aims at designing efficient, low cost and eco-friendly electrocatalysts for conversion of carbon dioxide into useful liquid fuels.

Other than research, Rosalynn loves making new friends, enjoys reading fictional novels, baking and watching movies.
