Olivia Hernandez

Olivia Hernandez is an Investigator in the Office of Access, Equity, and Equal Opportunity. In addition to investigations, Oliva is working on implementing a restorative justice program which will be a first for the office. She previously interned with the Department of Veterans Affairs where she gained experience conducting investigations and writing reports. Prior to coming to Rice, she worked as an immigration attorney.

Olivia graduated from Rice University in 2016 with a BA in Sociology and subsequently obtained her MSc in International Development from the University of Edinburgh and her JD from the University of Houston Law Center. She is proficient in Spanish.
