He is an accomplished Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion advocate, educator, and strategist with over 10 years of professional experience in the postsecondary education and nonprofit sectors. As a first-generation college graduate, who is passionate about helping others thrive, he has devoted his career to aiding individuals in pursuing their dreams and living their authentic lives. Outside of work, Javier likes to snuggle with his Goldendoodle Leo (if Leo allows) and is currently trying to be better about not overwatering and killing his plants (oopsie-daisy!).
