Dr. Stefanie K. Johnson is professor and thought leader on the topic of leadership. Her teaching, service, and research all focus on the intersection of leadership and diversity and inclusion. She is a fellow in the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychologists (SIOP) and the American Psychological Society (APS). She has published 60 journal articles and book chapters in outlets Journal of Applied Psychology and Academy of Management Journal and has received $3,800,000 in external grant funding from organizations such as CDC NIOSH, the Army Research Institute, and NASA. She received the 2020 NASA group achievement award for her applied research on gender bias. She also writes for popular press outlets including Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and Bloomberg. Dr. Johnson is member of the MG 100 Coaches, has been recognized by Thinkers50 in 2020 and 2021 as a top management thinker, and is the author of the Wall Street Journal National Bestseller, Inclusify: Harnessing the power of uniqueness and belonging to build innovative teams published by Harper Collins. She has lent her expertise to organizations like The World Economic Forum, NASA, the NFL, and The Conference Board and works with the top companies in the world to create more diverse and inclusive workplaces. She has presented her work at over 200 meetings around the world including at the White House for a 2016 summit on diversity in corporate America.
